Assistant Coach:  Kamil Pricinsky
Player Development:  Coach Mo Morrison

Head Coach:  Will McDonald
Assistant Coach:  TBD

This Fire team will compete in the A2 Division of SYTHL for the season.  The team will be an open birth year team with no weight being placed on the players' age or experience at the Bantam Level.  Simply put, we will pick the right players for the team.  Our expectation is to also play 4 to 5 Tournaments (approximately 1 every 1.5 months) depending on how our league schedule pans out;  accompanied by a competitive exhibition schedule outside of SYTHL.

This team will participate SYTHL League.

The Bantam travel team will be comprised of the top players who don't make the Bantam National bound roster.  This Bantam team has a major purpose, to make sure we are continuing the development of each player within the 14U age category.  The team will share the same vision and structure as well as style of play with the Bantam Elite National Bound team.  They will play a very competitive schedule and based on the team's strength be placed in the most challenging setting possible.
The team will train 3 times a week on ice and play a solid 45 - 50 game season including league play.

Projected Tournaments
To be reviewed once the team and divisions are announced.  All tournaments will be played within driving distance, with no flight travel required.  As mentioned, we project a tournament every 1.5 months.  Last year we competed in two Charlotte Tournaments and a Charleston Tournament as an example.  Our goal will be to book these tournaments as far in advance as possible to realize the most multi-tournament discounts.
